3D Cell Culture 2027: Functional Precision Medicine – Models and Molecules (Workshop | Freiburg im Breisgau)
How do we turn sophisticated 3D models into real clinical impact? The 3D Cell Culture 2027 brings together scientists, clinicians, and industry leaders to accelerate functional precision medicine. We will spotlight how next generation models—organoids, cellular aggregates, and microphysiological systems (MPS)—can guide therapeutic decisions and translate mechanistic insight into better patient outcomes. The 3DCC 2027 connects core themes in a practical, translational way: immunology and the tumor-immune interface; integrated genomics and proteomics; AI/ML for model design and analysis; scalable high-throughput screening; vascularization and perfusion; microenvironment engineering; modeling cellular heterogeneity; plus, standardization, benchmarking, and regulatory pathways. The goal is clear — better evidence for better patient outcomes. Application areas include oncology and immune-oncology,…
